The "Downriver" Race from Downtown Detroit to GIYC is an AYC counter for BOTY 2013

AYC (Associated Yacht Clubs) 2013 Boat Of the Year

Please come and join us at Detroit Yacht Club on Friday evening, July 26th, for the pre-race party. Wander the docks and enjoy camaraderie with your fellow event participants, then enjoy dinner and dancing at DYC throughout the evening. During the race, participating power yachts may follow the race down the river, enjoying the spectacle, and serving as patrol boats. Following the race, we will have a party at our club with a dinner buffet, drink specials and live band. This is an event that is not to be missed in the summer of 2013, so we hope all who can attend will participate.
