Grosse Ile Area Racing - Rum at the Bar - A series of winter discussions for skippers and crews to increase their sailing knowledge together

“Crew Work” – Guest speaker Wally Cross from Quantum Sails Detroit will discuss:
-How to improve general crew work on your boat
-Great practices for crew training on and off the water
-Crew jobs and how to keep everyone involved during the entire race -How to improve communication on your boat
-Things to look for on your boat to improve ergonomic issues (Poor hardware placement, poor posture while operating sailing controls, etc.)
-Benefits of getting the crew more involved with boat preparation and maintenance
-And many other interesting topics to help get you and your crew ready to race the 2015 sailing season
Remember to invite your entire crew. This discussion has been tailored for Skippers and Crew to learn together!
