The Green Island Race is an offshore event starting at PCYC and rounding Green Island.

The Green Island Race is an historic event run by Port Clinton Yacht Club. All auxiliary off shore sailors are invited to compete at PCYC on Saturday, September 6, 2015. Feeder races will arrive Saturday, September 5, 2015 with a Commodores Reception and Green Island Race Party at 6:00 PM. The course is from PCYC around Green Island and return. Four separate PHRF Classes are planned with two JAM Classes. Classes also for Cruising and one design including Tartan 10.
